Community events and payments
Event organisers are responsible for the event description, venue, attendance arrangements and the cancellation policy shown before registration. A ticket does not grant community management permissions.
The default Voiid commission for new community event orders is 25% of the ticket subtotal. Voiid platform administrators may set a different community rate. Each new order records its applicable rate; later changes do not change existing orders. Processing fees, applicable taxes and their allocation must be disclosed separately before paid sales are enabled.
Where enabled, guest payments are processed by Cashfree, and organiser shares are paid out through Cashfree. Community Wallet shows earnings and settlement records; it is not a general-purpose stored-value account. An order balance is not a promise of immediate withdrawal or bank settlement.
Event cancellation, ticket revocation and payment refunds are different actions. The applicable refund policy must be shown before purchase, and a refund is complete only when confirmed through the payment provider. Verification, disputes or settlement failures may delay transfers.
Paid checkout, recipient onboarding and wallet passes are available only where enabled. Organisers must see and accept the applicable fee and payout terms before paid sales begin. This document does not activate unfinished payment features.
Your account
Your account is your phone number. Keep access to that number and to this device: anyone who controls both can sign in as you.
You can see every device signed into your account, and sign any of them out, from Settings → Linked Devices.
What you send
What you write, record and send stays yours. Voiid does not read it, cannot read it, and claims no rights over it.
Because we cannot read it, we also cannot get it back for you. If you lose your device and your recovery phrase, your message history is gone. That is the cost of the encryption, and it is the deliberate trade.
Public posts
Clips, community posts, Space posts and comments are public posts. The people who can see them can comment on them and report them, and Voiid's moderators can see them and remove them. Do not post anything you would not put on a public website.
What you may not do
• Harass, threaten or impersonate people.
• Post content that sexualises children, incites violence, or that Indian law prohibits.
• Post sexual or pornographic content, hate or discrimination, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm, terrorism or illegal goods.
• Post scams, fake job offers, or requests for money or personal documents.
• Send bulk unsolicited messages, or automate sign-ups.
• Attack the service — probing for holes, scraping accounts, or trying to overwhelm it.
Voiid has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We remove public posts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We cannot remove a message from a conversation, because we cannot see conversations; blocking the sender is the control that exists, and it is on your device.
Reporting and blocking
Every public post, comment and community has Report, and so does every account. Reports go to Voiid's moderators, who review them and act within 24 hours: content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or closed.
You can block anyone. A blocked person cannot message or call you, and the block works immediately on your device.
Availability
Voiid is offered as it is. Features can change, and the service can be interrupted. We will not pretend otherwise in advance.
If these terms change
These terms carry the same version number as the privacy notice and change with it. A new version means we ask you again.
The app shows these terms when you sign up and records which version you agreed to. Read how we handle data in the privacy breakdown, or get help on the support page.
